Orlando Personal Injury Attorney - BENJAMIN LOVINGBenjamin W. Loving was born in Lexington, Kentucky. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration from Barry University and received his Juris Doctor from Barry University's Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law. As a law student, Mr. Loving was a member of the Student Trial Advocacy Team, competing in two national mock trial competitions, including the America Association for Justice competition in Seattle, Washington (2010) and the Texas Young Lawyers Association's National Trial Competition in Birmingham, Alabama (2011). Through this experience, Benjamin Loving discovered a natural affinity for trial work, a passion that inspired him to pursue a career in the courtroom. Mr. Loving developed an interest in personal injury and medical malpractice litigation while preparing for and participating in a complex medical malpractice case for the American Association for Justice trial competition.

While in law school, Mr. Loving also worked as a Legal Intern for the Honorable Marc L. Lubet, Circuit Judge, Ninth Judicial Circuit in Orange County, Florida. During his time with Judge Lubet, Mr. Loving gained valuable insight into the judicial process. He used this opportunity to grow his understanding of the legal system and develop the skills needed to effectively represent clients both inside and outside the courtroom. His relationship with NeJame Law began when the Firm hired him as a Legal Intern. Mr. Loving focused primarily on Personal Injury litigation, working closely with the partners and associates, assisting in representing clients in a variety of cases. Through his internship with NeJame Law, Mr. Loving worked on claims resulting from auto accidents, slip and fall, premises liability, Section 1983 violations, and medical malpractice cases. In each case, Mr. Loving demonstrated an extraordinary work ethic and determination to obtain the best possible result for the client.

Exhibiting this remarkable commitment to his work at NeJame Law, Benjamin Loving proved to be a valuable asset to the Firm. After taking the Bar exam and being admitted to practice in Florida, the partners and associates eagerly welcomed Mr. Loving back to join the team of talented attorneys at NeJame Law.
