Kristopher Cruzada was born in Orlando, Florida in 1973 and grew up in Winter Park, Florida. In 1995, he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Central Florida.
Prior to attending law school, Kristopher worked as a Tax Accountant for Lockheed Martin in the Lakeland Financial Services Center. A year later, Kristopher had the rare opportunity to work in the 1996 Atlantic Olympic Games. During the Games, Kristopher was responsible for tracking sales and inventory at the Centennial Olympic Park Superstore. This store generated over $10 million in sales in less that a two-week period.
After the 1996 Olympic Games, Kristopher was transferred to Los Angeles, California to work with Avalon Attractions, the premier concert promoter in Southern California. Kristopher was responsible for Profit and Loss Statements for some of the biggest concert events in Los Angeles. Additionally, Kristopher had the privilege of assisting Avalon Attractions executive management through two acquisitions. Today, Avalon Attractions is now owned and operated under the name of Live Nation.
In 1998, Kristopher attended Saint Louis University School of Law in Saint Louis, Missouri. Upon graduation from law school, Kristopher returned to Orlando, Florida. He passed the Florida Bar and was admitted to practice law in May of 2002. Soon after, Kristopher was hired by Norm Wolfinger, State Attorney of the 18th Judicial Circuit. As a criminal prosecutor, Kristopher was responsible for the prosecution of misdemeanor cases in Seminole County. He handled hundreds of misdemeanor cases from Domestic Violence-Battery to DUI. During his time at the State Attorney’s Office, Kristopher brought to trial over a dozen cases and wrote 6 appeals to the Circuit Court.
In 2003, Kristopher was hired to work as in-house counsel for Infinity Insurance Company in Orlando. As a trial attorney, Kristopher handled civil litigation cases primarily related to motor vehicle accidents and premises liability. With a caseload of over a hundred cases, Kristopher was able to gain valuable civil trial experience.
In late 2004, Kristopher was a founding and managing partner in Castellon, Cruzada & Culver, P.A. His practice area primarily focused on Residential Real Estate Transactions and Civil Litigation in relation to Real Estate. Solely, Kristopher assisted the Firm in the establishment of standards and guidelines for handling Residential Real Estate Closings. As a result, the Firm closed hundreds of residential real estate transactions. In relation to Civil Litigation, Kristopher handled various real estate issues ranging from Landlord-Tenant Evictions, Condominium Association Liens, Real Estate Contract Disputes, Title Disputes, and Mortgage Foreclosure Defense. Kristopher also assisted Clients in other matters related to IRS Tax Liens, Easements, Property Tax Liens, Criminal Defense, Immigration, Wills and Guardianships.
In 2008, Castellon, Cruzada & Culver, P.A. dissolved. Kristopher continued
to practice in the same areas of law under The Law Office of Kristopher M.
Cruzada, P.A. Kristopher has been a past member of the following associations:
Orange County Bar Association, Seminole County Bar Association, the American
Immigration Lawyer’s Association, Central Florida Real Estate Council,
Lawyer’s Title Insurance Corporation and the Oviedo-Winter Springs
Chamber of Commerce. Kristopher is a current member of Attorney’s Title
Fund Services, LLC and the Seminole County William Inns of Court. He also
currently serves as the Chairman of the Seminole County Housing Authority,
located in Oviedo, Florida. Kristopher is also admitted to practice in the
Federal Courts of the Middle District of Florida.
