Exchange Student Says She Was Molested - Man Claims Hand Slipped During Driving Lesson

ORLANDO, Fla. -- A French foreign exchange student said her Orange County
host father molested her.
Daniel Iturrizaga, 29, bonded out of jail on Monday. He and his wife took in the teen through a church program.
The 15-year-old student said Iturrizaga treated her like a daughter at first, taking her shopping and teaching her how to drive.
But the student claimed he touched her sexually during the lessons.
Iturrizaga told investigators he was just keeping a hand close to the wheel and slipped when she accelerated.
Investigators said they believe he exposed himself and tried to remove the teen's clothes.
" He actually put his hand up her shorts and touched her private area," Orange County Sheriff's Office Cpl. Susan Soto said.
"The rules of gravity, you can't compete. The fact of the matter is you accelerate and you're going to move. He is being truthful," Iturrizaga's attorney Mark NeJame said.
Iturrizaga told investigators he never wanted a female foreign exchange student because he's cheated on his wife in the past. He said he had a lapse in judgment but never had sexual intentions with the teen.
