Central Florida man is back behind bars, accused of stealing the identity of others, including the lawyer prosecuting his case. Suspect allegedly stole prosecutor's identity while out on bail. Eugene Dumas was in an Orlando court for a bond hearing Wednesday. His bond was raised to $375,000 and he is charged with racketeering and identity theft. The state said that there could be hundreds of victims. Prosecutor Michael LaFay said that he was surprised to find out that he may be one of the victims. "There's no doubt Mr. Dumas is targeting people he feels he has a grudge against. Clearly he thinks that may be me," LaFay said. The prosecutor said that Dumas created the license with LaFay's name while Dumas was out on bond. LaFay said that it is unknown if Dumas did any damage with his identity.
