Meet Our Personal Injury Division
ROBERTO MORENO - Partner
Former United States Immigration Judge Roberto Moreno has extensive experience in criminal defense, immigration and personal injury law. His legal career began in 1976 in Washington, D.C. Since that time, Judge Moreno has worked in numerous high-level federal positions, including with the U.S. Attorney in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Department of Justice. He was named Supervisory Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Criminal Division, before being named the Managing Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Orlando Division of the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Florida.
In 1995, Roberto Moreno was appointed a United States Immigration Judge, presiding over all types of criminal and immigration cases, including those in the State of Florida prison system under a Criminal Alien Program. He retired from the bench in 2002, and represented clients in central Florida until joining NeJame Law as a partner in 2011. Today, he devotes a portion of his practice to clients who have been injured through no fault of their own.

Attorney Benjamin W. Loving dedicates his practice solely to helping plaintiffs who have been injured in an accident or through medical malpractice. His primary areas of practice include from auto accidents, slip and fall, premises liability, discrimination, excessive police force, and medical malpractice and wrongful death cases. He first arrived at NeJame Law as a legal intern with the Firm while he was still a law student. Throughout his internship, Mr. Loving worked closely with the Personal Injury attorneys and demonstrated an extraordinary work ethic and natural ability as a trial advocate. His hard work did not go unnoticed, and upon being admitted to practice in Florida, the Firm's Partners welcomed him back as an Associate with the Personal Injury Division.

JASON J. RECKSIEDLER, ESQUIRE - Partner
Former insurance defense attorney Jason Recksiedler devotes his practice entirely to personal injury and civil trial practice. He represents plaintiffs who have been injured in auto accidents or slip and fall, as well as plaintiffs in medical malpractice or wrongful death claims. Mr. Recksiedler's background in insurance defense gives him a unique advantage, allowing him to more effectively pursue the claims and litigation processes when insurance companies are involved. Mr. Recksiedler also has extensive experience in the courtroom, including serving as lead counsel in 19 of Florida's 20 civil circuit divisions and presenting oral arguments in two state District Courts of Appeal.

"FRANK" SYMPHORIEN-SAAVEDRA - Associate
Frank Symphorien-Saavedra focuses his practice primarily on immigration and nationality law, while also handling a number of criminal and personal injury matters with immigration law components. Mr. Symphorien-Saavedra handles many cases involving traffic or criminal offenses that place a client's immigration status in jeopardy, among other criminal maters. Similarly, Mr. Symphorien-Saavedra also handles many personal injury cases with a particular focus on cases involving immigrant plaintiffs.
A native of Venezuela, Frank Symphorien-Saavedra is passionate about helping people through the American immigration process. His practice naturally grew to include criminal and personal injury matters wherever an immigrant was involved. This experience enables him to assist his clients in more complex cases in a wide variety of areas.
