ROBERTO MORENO - Partner

Roberto Moreno Criminal Defense Attorney Former United States Immigration Judge Roberto Moreno has extensive experience in criminal defense, immigration and personal injury law. His legal career began in 1976 in Washington, D.C. Since that time, Judge Moreno has worked in numerous high-level federal positions, including with the U.S. Attorney in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Department of Justice. He was named Supervisory Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Criminal Division, before being named the Managing Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Orlando Division of the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Florida.

In 1995, Roberto Moreno was appointed a United States Immigration Judge, presiding over all types of criminal and immigration cases, including those in the State of Florida prison system under a Criminal Alien Program. He retired from the bench in 2002, and represented clients in central Florida until joining NeJame Law as a partner in 2011. Today, he devotes a portion of his practice to clients who have been injured through no fault of their own.

BENJAMIN W. LOVING - Associate

Benjamin Loving Personal Injury Attorney Attorney Benjamin W. Loving dedicates his practice solely to helping plaintiffs who have been injured in an accident or through medical malpractice. A native of Venezuela, Frank Symphorien-Saavedra is passionate about helping people through the American immigration process.
