Christopher Curry is a Connecticut native who graduated from George Washington Law School in 1989. He re-located to Orlando the following year. Prior to becoming a Personal Injury plaintiff attorney, Chris represented a major Orlando hospital, where he cultivated his personal injury skills involving a multitude of matters and cases. Along with his expertise in Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice, Chris is a skilled trial and litigation attorney, having represented individuals and businesses, in a variety of disputes and transactions through the years.
Chris Curry has been recognized as AV-rated, Martindale-Hubbell’s highest professional rating for attorneys, since 2011. He is admitted to practice in all of the Florida courts and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. It has always been his objective to work with a passion to obtain the most favorable result for each and every client he’s had the privilege to represent. He takes great pride in the great success he has achieved on behalf of his clients and is always in search of new ways to maximize the recovery for his clients who have been injured and are suffering. Not one for much fanfare or showboating, Chris lets the happiness of his clients and the superb outcomes he achieves speak for themselves.
Chris has tried numerous cases in a multitude of Florida counties and U.S. District Court. He also has successfully represented clients in hundreds of mediations, obtain great outcomes for his clients without having to resort to time-consuming and expensive litigation, when the case and circumstances were in the client’s best interest to do so. Believing that as a top-tier litigator he must have many weapons in his arsenal, Chris studiously prepares for any mediation as if he were preparing for trial, providing his clients the best opportunity for a successful and favorable outcome through mediation. Alternatively, Chris loves the courtroom and won’t back down when the insurance companies or opposing counsel are unreasonable or fail to provide his clients with what they are entitled to and deserve.
Over the years he has been active and held leadership positions with his church, charitable social service organizations, and also in South Orlando Youth Lacrosse.
Outside of the office, Chris is fortunate enough to spend time with his wife and three children, who are his favorite people on Earth.
